Always use Activance before other products
Shake the bottle, part hair and spray close to the affected area
Apply 20-30 sprays (5-7.5ml) daily or 40-60 sprays every 2nd day

Treatment for thinning hair

On my third month using. Easy to apply, leave for approx. 10 minutes then blowdry. Adds a lot of volume to my thin fine hair. As for hair thickening will probably have to wait longer to see results. My hairdresser recently said she could see very short hairs all over my scalp - so must be working.
