Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to supporting you if something isn’t right.
Refunds will only be considered where a product is confirmed to be faulty. Clear photographic evidence must be supplied, and all claims must be lodged within 30 days of the purchase date.
Exchange or Store Credits will only be considered if the product is significantly different from the description
If your product does not meet the above conditions, you will not be eligible for a change of mind return. To be able to receive a replacement or credit note you must provide a valid proof of purchase (including receipt, e-receipt, Activance account history or gift receipt).
This returns policy does not govern the return of any products purchased from a Third Party Provider. The return of Third Party Products is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective Third Party Provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.
Notwithstanding anything stated above, your rights under Australian Consumer Law (if you made your purchase in Australia) or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ Consumer Guarantees Law) (if you made your purchase in New Zealand) will always override anything in this policy that contradicts them.
