PLEASE NOTE:
All international deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Shipping fees do not include insurance.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address being supplied, it is at the customer’s expense that the package will be resent. This is to be paid by bank transfer.
Please note: Please expect delays during periods of high volume during global sales events and Christmas.
Orders will generally be shipped within 3 working days (allowing time for processing).
Domestic: Standard shipping can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive with you, depending on your location.
For PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, please note that delivery times may be longer.
New Zealand: 4-6 working days.
North America, Western Europe (incl. the United Kingdom), Asian, and the Pacific: 6-13 working days.
Rest of the world: 10-15 working days.
These timings are based on estimated shipping provider timings. We will do our best to help meet these delivertimings; however, some delays out of our control may impact these.
RETURN POLICY
If a parcel is returned to us, not due to an error made by us, then it is at the customer’s expense that the package will be resent. This is to be paid by bank transfer.
Orders incorrectly fulfilled will be rectified at no expense to the customer. You must notify us of any order discrepancy within three business days after receiving your package.
